A set of values and beliefs shared between schools in our cluster. Culture is created and maintained by all of the members of a community. The Pointer Way is a living document that changes and grows as we evolve.
School culture is an important part of the work that educators need to do if students are going to achieve at high levels. The culture of a school is not something that can be left to chance, nor can it be seen as something beyond our control.
The Pointer Way can be used to hold ourselves accountable for being the best we can be and for adopting a system to continuouslyb improve.
We need to do everything possible to provide the children attending our school the best possible education.
